BUFFET COOK III ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead team in absence of the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

• Provide superior guest service, interact with guests.

• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.

• Prepare, assemble, and cooking for all food including diners, salads, & desserts.

• Ensure that food is of great quality and liking to our guests.

• Prepare compound sauces.

Required Experience:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills: Managing one's own time, providing great customer service, and asking questions as needed.

Experience: Cooking experience required. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule: Must be able to work a schedule in entertainment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
